Texas Stars announce eight guaranteed home dates

The Texas Stars announced their eight guaranteed home games today, including the dates for opening night, Stars & Stripes, Military Appreciation, Sing for Santa, and Pink in the Rink promotions.

The full schedule will be released later this summer.

CEDAR PARK, Texas – The 2014 Calder Cup Champion Texas Stars announced today eight guaranteed home dates for the upcoming 2014-15 season.

The action begins at Cedar Park Center with Opening Night on Saturday, October 11 as the Texas Stars will raise their Championship banner. On Saturday, October 25 the Stars will present their Fall Military Appreciation game and wear special “Stars & Stripes” theme jerseys. Sing for Santa returns on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13 with area choirs presenting holiday favorites during both games. Pink in the Rink presented by Cedar Park Regional Medical Center returns on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28 with proceeds from the nights’ fundraising benefitting Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Texas.

A reminder to all fans that there will no longer be a separate charge for parking at Texas Stars games, as those fees have now been included in the ticket prices.

Opponents and start times for these games, as well as the complete promotional calendar, will be announced when the complete 2014-15 American Hockey League schedule is released later this summer. All promotions are subject to change.

    • There is still a parking charge … just not at the parking lot. My season ticket price per seat went up $4 this year. Guess what the per game parking for season ticket holders was last year? $4. For one season ticket, no change. For two, you’re paying more than you did last year. Not a season ticket holder .. parking charge last year – $10. Buy more than 2 tickets now, you’re probably paying more for parking that you did last year.
