Texas Stars announce initial training camp roster

Update: The Dallas Stars have assigned goalie Jack Campbell to the Texas Stars. He will now be on the initial training camp roster.

The Texas Stars announced their initial training camp roster on Monday. The group of 21 players will likely grow over the next couple weeks as Dallas assigns players to the AHL.

But for the time being this is the group of 21 players that will report for physicals tomorrow:

Forwards: Spencer Bennett, Justin Dowling, Mike Hedden, Curtis McKenzie, Justin Mercier, Brock Montgomery, Anthony Nigro, Taylor Peters, Toby Petersen, Brendan Ranford, William Rapuzzi, Taylor Vause, Francis Wathier.

Defensemen: Etienne Boutet, Ryan Button, Tyler Elbrecht, Ryan Hegarty, Hubert Labrie, William Wrenn.

Goaltenders: Pat Nagle, Josh Robinson.
